Michael’s practice includes advice and representation primarily in the firm’s focus areas of professional discipline and health law, but also in a variety of litigation and employment matters.
Michael began his legal career practising in the areas of commercial and general litigation, and personal injury. He also practised in a boutique property tax firm, where he appeared in the Superior Court of Justice and before the Assessment Review Board. Before joining Matthew Wilton & Associates in 2015, Michael was an investigator at the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario for several years, where he gained significant experience in regulatory complaints and discipline.
Michael obtained his Bachelor’s degree in English from McGill University, and his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. He was called to the Bar in 2001.
